MEAL DISTRIBUTION
This service is being reduced to one day a week at each meal distribution site from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. starting the week of April 6th. Meals will be distributed on Thursdays ONLY.

TECHNOLOGY UPDATES AND INFORMATION
IN THE EVENT, WE ARE UNABLE TO ASSIST AT THE CAMPUS LEVEL FOR TECHNOLOGY REPAIR, USE THE STEPS BELOW FOR TECHNOLOGY ASSISTANCE.
Below are the steps for repair of student technology:

1.   The student needs to call 1-972-925-5630 for the Service Desk to try to fix/repair the device over the phone.
2.   If the Service Desk cannot repair the device, the Service Desk will submit a ticket into the system.
3.   IT will contact the student to swap out the device.
4.   The swapping out of devices will occur at a quadrant location.
5.   The device swap will occur on THURSDAYS only.
6.   In the event the student has a broken device, the campus teachers will need to allow students to make up work that was unable to be completed or submitted.

If you know of a family in need of a wifi hotspot, please help them fill out this request form below or contact Ms. Brown or Mrs. Lusk via e-mail to assist.
